Five Things You Shouldn't Do At Night.

Here is a list of 5 things you should avoid doing at night.

Number 1 - Pressing of Mobile phones.

Pressing and using of mobile phones at night isn't advisable as these could cause eye sore or sight problems. Especially with the phone brightness, it could be more convenient to reduce the brightness if you still want to make the use of your mobile phones at night. Or  rather reset the phone brightness to night mode as this could help prevent blindness.


Number 2 - Avoid watching Televisions At Night.

Same with using if phone brightness at night. In televisions it also advisable to reduce the television brightness at night as this could causes eye problems with the sharpness of brightness of your television. It will be advisable of you to reduce you television brightness if you want to continue watching television at night.


Number 3 - Avoid Drinking To Much of Water At Night.

Most Especially at night, the bodily function as reduced to resting mode, and it wouldn't function like how it does function during the day, when you are active, walking about or running. At night the brain cells and body are usually at rest, so drinking too much glass cups of water could lead to excess dehydration and passing of excess urine. So it is very much advisable to reduce the amount of water you drink at night.


Number 4 - Avoid Smoking at Night.

Burning and smoking of cigarettes or smoking of any substance could be dangerous to the human health. It not advisable to smoke nor inhale any heavy substance of smoke as these could damage the lungs and cause other heart problems. Most especially with those whom loves clubbing and drinking in of alcohol at night. It not advisable taking in such heavy compounds at night, as the body needs rest to heal and recover from the day's work.


Number 5 - Avoid eating Of heavy meals at night.

Just like some would want to fill up their stomachs before bedtime. It not advisable to over eat as these could cause stomach lining damage, and causes the body to expand beyond the normal stretch, resulting to stretch marks and some other internal wounds that you could not see. Eating ample and regular amount of food size at night, is much preferable and advisable to reduce stomach lining problems or infections from indigestion.
